As Executive Director, Ciata serves as the main point of contact for the organization. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University in The Hague, Netherlands and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Cum Laude) in Political Science from the University of Liberia in Monrovia, Liberia. Ciata is a member of Class III of the PYPP and was assigned to the Ministry of State for Presidential Affairs. She served in several capacities including as Special Assistant to the Ambassador on Post 2015 Development Agenda at Permanent Mission of the Republic of Liberia to the United Nations; and Special Assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Liberia.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Sadia G. Stubblefield serves as the Deputy Director for Programs and provides support for the Executive Director. She assists the Executive Director in managing the program; manages the programmatic activities and serves as a secondary point of contact for the PYPP; represents the PYPP at events, and provides general support to the recruitment process for and retention of PYPs. Before assuming the Deputy Director position, she served as the Program Assistant and provided administrative support to the Program Director. She also coordinates special events, including training, immersion excursions, and meetings. Sadia holds a BBA degree in Management from the Stella Maris Polytechnic in Liberia.</image:caption>

Before joining the PYPP, Charles served as Grant Compliance Manager (USAID) at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) from October 2015-April 2016. From August 2013-August 2015 he served as Head of Grant Finance (Global Fund) at Plan International Liberia. Charles holds an MBA in Financial Management from Cuttington University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Liberia in Monrovia, Liberia.</image:caption>

Graceful is responsible for institutionalizing learning and adaptation for the PYPP. She comes with experience in supervision, data collection, and analysis. She is detail-oriented and has strong organizational characteristics. Graceful holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Liberia and a certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from the CEPRES International University.</image:caption>

She has worked as Intern Project Manager at the Natural Resource Women Platform Liberia where she trained local youths on their rights to land and natural resources. For two years, Pearl-Mai was a Field Technician for Petra Resources Inc. Liberia where she contributed to a study for a mining company, conducted social impact assessment, and conducted biomonitoring for biodiversity information as well as traffic survey. Pearl-Mai aspires to become an environmental activist. For her two-year fellowship, she is placed at The Nature Compact.</image:caption>

He served as teaching Assistant for two years at the United Methodist University as well as organized tutorial classes that were monitored and approved by the Chairperson of the Accounting Department. Jairus volunteered as an Audit Staff at the Liberia Airport Authority, James Spring Payne Internal Audit Department during an operational audit in 2022. Jairus is committed to promoting good governance, transparency and accountability and hopes to complete a Masters of Business Administration. For his two-year fellowship, he is placed at the Central Bank of Liberia.</image:caption>

For the last three years, Emmanuel has served as the Administrator for the Great Revival Movement. He is also a Teaching Assistant in the Mathematics Department of the T.J.R Faulkner College of Science &amp; Technology at the University of Liberia. As part of his extracurricular activities, he served one year as Chair of the Academic Committee of Future Engineer for Change. Emmanuel received other awards including Firestone Liberia Scholarship from 2016 to 2022 and Magna Cum Laude when he acquired his Associate of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Emmanuel aspires to become a Power Protection Engineer. For his two-year fellowship, he is placed at the Liberia Electricity Corporation.</image:caption>

For three years, she worked at the Liberia National Police, Women and Children Protection Section as a Social Work Intern. She was also a Judiciary Reporter for the News Newspaper. She benefited from the 2022 ERASMUS + Student Exchange that enabled her to spend one semester at Jaen University in Spain where she did her research project. Toukpor aspires to become one of Liberia's best social policy makers. She is interested in pursuing an advanced degree in Public Policy, Development, or Social Work. For her two-year fellowship, she is placed at the Ministry of National Defense.</image:caption>

Before then, she served for six months at the Liberia Geological Survey as Office and Training Assistant. Bettina aspires to become an Environmental Geo-chemist. For her two-year fellowship, she is placed at the Liberia Electricity Corporation.</image:caption>

In between studies and just before graduation, Banukor participated in Conservation International Blue Ocean Project activities under the Sustainable Development Goal 6. Banukor aspires to continue on the path of becoming a Principal Engineer and create his own construction company that will give back to Liberia. For his two-year fellowship, he is placed at the Liberia Electricity Corporation.</image:caption>
