PYPs By the Numbers

Since 2009, the PYPP has recruited, selected, trained, and placed 285 young Liberian leaders in thirteen classes with a current cohort of 40 Fellows recruited for Class XIII in 2025. Class XIII fellows were placed within Bong, Grand Bassa, and Montserrado Counties at government ministries and agencies and private sector institutions. The organization has achieved near gender parity at 44% women and 56% men, with representation from all of Liberia’s 15 counties. 76% of graduate fellows continue to strengthen the capacity of more than 25 ministries and agencies of the Government of Liberia today.
